How I Sold My Amazon Professional Sellers Account

At the beginning of 2020, I was in the Philippines and had no chance to replenish my product which is selling on Amazon USA.

I have been in Amazon since the early year of 2012. I have good reviews and great outstanding accounts as an Amazon professional seller.

As I was having a hard time sending my products to the Amazon United States for the last 8 months, I keep paying the $39 USD to keep the professional seller’s account active.

So, in August 0f 2020, I finally get back to Singapore where my products were kept in my home as a warehouse. I sent few boxes immediately after my quarantine. 2 weeks later, it was in the Amazon Fulfillment center in the United States.

I was informed that my products have arrived, to my knowledge, I waited few days in order for them to show up active on my seller dashboards. 30 days had passed. My account keeps showing inactive. Cost is running. Emailing amazon support back and forth has no end.

I contacted Amazon seller support which they are pretty good at helping you to help yourself and figure out what exactly happens. It was just a waste of time. Bunch of robots I must say.

I came to understand that when your account has no product, for certain months, and when you replenish it, you will have to unlist it and list it again.
