How to save time editing in Adobe Premiere

I wanna share one quick tip for saving time in Premiere Pro when editing and that is to move the playhead to the position of the mouse cursor.

How to save time when editing

The way you do this is by clicking “opt + cmd + K” to open up your keyboard shortcuts, search for “Move playhead” and next to “Move playhead to cursor”, set a keyboard shortcut, preferably something you can do with your left hand if you’re right-handed since you have your right hand on your mouse.

Then click “Ok” and now move your cursor to any place in the timeline, click your shortcut, and the playhead will jump to that exact point in the timeline.
