Astrology gets greatly dismissed due to the misconception that all we are is the Sun Signs. Additionally, the Ascendant is part of the 4 Angles in your Birth Chart, which shows us other vital portions of your Natal Horoscope, including family, romantic relationships, and a career sector. Horoscopes are created using your Rising Sign. How it’s done is an Astrologer looks at a Transits Chart for the day, week, or month depending on how long the forecast will be and place the Sign on the Ascendant part of the wheel. We look at how the Transiting planets affect particular houses in the Chart, then write up the possibilities for the Sign on the Ascendent line.
