Monday’s during a crisis can be particularly challenging.
We can wind down and let ourselves find levels of normalcy on the weekend.
However, Monday can be such a shock to our system with the challenges again confronting us.
Using Mondays to layout a game plan for a good week gives us control over how we will live the week ahead.
Proactive planning of our attitudes and actions puts us in control of how we live our lives.

No matter the situation, I am in control of what I allow myself to focus on.
My thoughts and actions are mine.
If you proactively decide what you will spend your time on and how you do it, you are way ahead for your week.

I like to get a head start Sunday evening and lay out my week in broad terms.
However, Monday morning is the time I refine it and choose my attitudes and focus.
My attitude is even more critical during a crisis or challenge.
Choosing the right approach while I do my tasks makes my entire week go better.
