How to Minimize Morning Anxiety
These tips will help you with the morning anxiety that are you suffering
I’ve always suffered from anxieties and as I grew up, although I thought they would eventually pass, they only revived.
One of the times of the day when I suffered the most from them was the anxieties that plagued me from the morning. They were horrible and conditioned my whole day.
To control my anxious state, I started doing a few things to calm myself down and try to get through it more easily.
Preparing outfits and lunches the night before
So I don’t have to be with this stress first thing in the morning
Eliminating caffeine right before waking up
Every day I drink my coffee, but when I have the biggest anxiety peaks, I stop drinking coffee and replace it with a chamomile tea that has calming properties (Although I don’t like to do this because I love coffee)
I write my anxieties in my journal
I usually always write down my anxieties on paper, even if it’s just a sentence to make me feel more relieved. As if a weight was being lifted off of me.
Usually, it’s just these three things.
When I am in a critical state of anxiety then oh I know I have to take medication to control my state however these small steps help when I am not in a critical state.
