How to Measure Your Energy, Frequency, and Vibration
The turmoil of low oil

I’ve spent the past few weeks letting go of a lot of inner turmoil. It’s been a time of intense personal change and transformation for me. I enjoy what I do. Receiving and sharing messages from God and the Universe has been truly fulfilling, but lately, I’ve been feeling exhausted and worn out. I go through my own experiences for readers to truly connect with and understand the messages I share, and lately, my energy has been running low.
The days have been tough and the nights very rough. It’s been a time of discomfort and big changes, where old patterns, beliefs, and parts of who I am have been shaken up, causing a lot of emotional confusion. This made me worry that maybe I was going backward on my spiritual journey.
I recently wrote an article about how your vibration is going to trump any action you take, and a reader asked some interesting questions. They wanted to know how to measure their energy frequency, like checking the oil before a long drive. They wondered where to find their own “dipstick” and if they should seek help or do it themselves. They also asked if they should delay their journey if their energy was low. All these questions made me think about my own level of consciousness.
While I wasn’t feeling really low, like fear, anger, or shame, I also wasn’t feeling the high vibrations of joy, love, or peace. I was experiencing something different, and I just wanted to feel better. I wanted to measure my consciousness level so I could figure out how to raise it but I found that there are no tools or equipment for measuring levels of consciousness.
I really enjoy what I do. Receiving and sharing messages from God and the Universe is so fulfilling. But lately, I’ve been feeling exhausted and worn out.
Measuring The Oil Level
Measuring your energy, frequency, and vibration is more about how you experience and feel them personally. There are no scientific tools, but there are some methods that have helped me understand my energetic state.
The first and most important step, in my opinion, is self-awareness.
Self-awareness means knowing and understanding yourself, including your thoughts, emotions, motivations, and behaviors. It’s about reflecting on your own experiences, beliefs, and values and recognizing any limitations or negativity that might hold you back. It also enhances empathy and compassion for others. As we understand ourselves better, we can connect and understand others more deeply.
So, when it comes to measuring our energy, frequency, and vibration, we must pay attention to how we feel physically, emotionally, and mentally throughout the day. Notice any shifts or changes in your mood, energy levels, and overall well-being.
When I checked in with myself, I realized that I’ve been feeling a certain way because I desire a partner to share my life with. Love is the greatest of them all, and without it, my life feels empty and a bit dull. Even though I have other types of love, like love for God, myself, and my loved ones, it’s just not the same.
Measuring your energy, frequency, and vibration is more about how you experience and feel them personally.
Meditate and See
I’ve been struggling with meditation. Whenever I try to sit down to do it, I find it hard to concentrate because there’s always so much I feel like I need to do. There’s so much to do than just sitting around and doing nothing. But deep down, I knew that this practice was important for me to understand what was happening within me, and something was going on.
About six weeks ago, I was going through a tough time. I experienced rejection from someone I deeply cared for, and it left me feeling abandoned. As I tried to navigate these difficult emotions, I realized that it all stemmed from my time in my mother’s womb. Inside the womb, I had already felt a sense of abandonment, which carried into my life as I grew up, resulting in my struggle with abandonment issues.
I write articles based on how I feel, and when it came time to write about abandonment, I felt a resistance within me. I felt a tinge of shame because, as a spiritual teacher, I believed I should have it all figured out. But I didn’t have it all figured out. I felt lost because I didn’t know how to deal with the issues I was facing, but meditation, even if it’s for 15 minutes, has helped me process many of these things.
Meditation and mindfulness are powerful practices that allow you to observe your thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judging them. It helps you become more aware of your inner state and notice any patterns or changes in your energy.
Meditation involves training the mind to focus and redirect thoughts to find inner stillness, clarity, and presence. By quieting the mind and observing thoughts without judgment, I can go beyond the constant chatter of my ego and connect with a deeper part of myself.
Mindfulness is about being fully present and aware in the current moment, without judgment. These practices ground me in the present moment, allowing me to let go of past regrets and future anxieties.
Nowadays, when I start feeling a certain way, I pay close attention to my thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and where I am physically. I found that being in certain places and around certain people brings my vibration down. Through mindfulness, I’ve developed a better awareness of my experiences as they happen.
The best part is that these practices bring a sense of calmness and emotional strength. By observing and accepting my thoughts and emotions without judgment, I’ve gained the ability to navigate challenging situations with more peace and compassion.
When my energy body is balanced and harmonious, it allows the free flow of energy in and out of my system. Negative energies can flow out, making space for pure cosmic energy to enter.
How Do You Feel?
Our bodies can provide valuable clues about our energy and vibration. In holistic and spiritual traditions, it is believed that energy like chi or prana flows through the body, and disruptions or imbalances in this energy can manifest as physical sensations.
This is why I am learning to pay attention to physical sensations like tingling, warmth, or heaviness in certain areas of my body as these sensations can indicate energy shifts or blockages.
When something energetic is happening within me, I often feel tingling and subtle vibrations in my hands and feet. These sensations can be a sign of increased energy flow or the opening of blocked energy channels. For example, when my palms start to itch, I take it as a sign that someone is getting ready to financially support my spiritual journey and I find that it never fails.
Sensations of heat or cold in specific areas can indicate energy imbalances. Sometimes I feel excessively hot out of nowhere, which I interpret as increased energy flow, while coldness could indicate a lack or stagnation of energy. I rarely feel cold out of nowhere because my challenge lies in managing the abundant energy I receive from nature.
On other days, I might feel pressure or heaviness in my chest. When this happens, I know that my heart is hurting, and it reminds me to give myself the love and care I need. This pressure or heaviness may also indicate blockages or congestion in the energy pathways, unresolved emotions, or energetic resistance.
There are some times when I experience pain, discomfort, tension, or aches. I take these sensations that energy is blocked within me and cannot flow freely. Stuck energy can contribute to illness and disease, so I find ways to release it. Activities like crying, writing, or gardening serve as channels for stuck energy to flow through me.
Emotions also act as a guidance system, providing insights into our vibrational states. When I feel down and low on the scale of consciousness, I pay attention to my emotions and their intensity. Positive emotions like joy, love, and enthusiasm usually indicate a higher vibration, and those are the days that feel the best. Negative emotions like fear, anger, and sadness can indicate a lower vibration. On those days, I take it as a sign to check the oil within my engine.
If my energy is low, I think about things that energize me and do them until I feel good again. Conversely, if there are things that drain me, I stop doing them until I feel good again.
I can always count on my intuition to offer subtle cues about my energetic state and guide me toward actions that align with a higher vibration.
Measuring energy, frequency, and vibration is not about precise numerical measurements and involves no tools, but rather about self-awareness.
When I took the time to measure myself, I realized that I’ve been going through a lot. And that’s okay. I’m experiencing the discomfort of things changing, but I still have faith that there’s a breakthrough waiting for me on the other side.
So if you find yourself in a low vibration, remember that inner turmoil can be a good thing. It’s a signal for you to check the oil in your engine, your vessel.
Instead of viewing emotional turmoil as roadblocks, see them as opportunities for growth. Trust the process of change, even when it feels uncomfortable.
Celebrate the challenges and welcome them as detours that lead you back to a vibration that feels good on the inside.
