How to Make Money Online in 2021: Passive Income and Full-Time Jobs

My friend told me once, if you don’t have passive income from the Internet in 2021, it means you are 100% left behind. Besides that, COVID19 is giving us a hard times nowadays, many of us are loosing our jobs, and forced to stay home. This makes it more important than anytime before to be able to generate some profits online.

I made some research about making money online and I would love to share it with you.

1- Start Your Own Blog and Google AdSense

You must have seen Google ads on most of the websites you have visited recently, and although they may be annoying to you, they are present on these sites for a convincing reason. This is because it can become a good source of profit if the website has increased traffic from users.

One of the great things about Google AdSense is that it is easy to set up. If you own a blog or website, all you have to do is open a free account in Google AdSense and then you will get a special code that you put on your own site. This code or script allows Google to track the traffic of views and visitors on your site, and determine the profit that you get from the ads published on it. So if you already own a website, this step shouldn’t take much effort.

I personally make around 3$/day from a small blogging website which brings around 1000 visitors a day. So I would say, this is a passive income, and you should not expect too much money from it, especially at the beginning.

2- Translating Content Online

If you are bilingual and you speak at least two languages, then this is something you might want to consider.

The demand for translation services is increasing in the business world, and there is always a need to translate documents, videos, texts or website contents. There are many people and companies that need such a service and it has become easier with the help of translation websites.

If you are a person fluent in the English language in addition to another language, you are lucky that this field provides many opportunities for making money from the Internet and secures you a good income. You will just need to learn translation techniques and principles and be ready to get started.

3- Start a YouTube Channel

Earning money from YouTube has become popular, and you can also create or shoot your own unique videos. You will need a unique idea and marketing plan for your videos, but you should know that achieving good income is related to the number of your channel subscribers and the number of views, so the higher the view rate, the greater the profit.

But be careful, the videos must be yours and not copied from another source so that your channel is not blocked.

If you have a small budget to support yourself until you kick-start your channel, you might go full-time with your channel, since it takes alot of time to make it attractive, so you can start monetizing it. Because you need at least 1000 subscribers to be able to start showing ads on your videos.

4- Affiliate Marketing and Amazon Partnership Program

Whether you own a website or are considering building one, don’t hesitate to try affiliate marketing. Through this method, you can form partnerships with various international and local brands or companies whose services are compatible with your own site, to remember or talk about their products on your site by using a special code that you get when registering in an affiliate program. To make it simple, you get commission when someone clicks on a link on your website and then that person eventually buys the product.

But remember, be honest with your audience, e.g. do not exaggerate describing some product and recommending your audience to buy it unless you are confident about what you say. Trust is essential in online business.

The Amazon Affiliate program, or Amazon Associates, is an affiliate marketing program. It’s free for website owners and bloggers to become Amazon Associates. They advertise products from Amazon.com on their sites by creating links. When customers click the links and buy products from Amazon, they earn referral fees. 5- Sponsored Posts

If you have your own website, or have a large number of followers on social media, this may be the most appropriate way for you to make money online. But how does this method work? Simply, large companies want to promote their products by allowing influencers on social media and owners of huge websites to advertise these products, either by writing about them, or directly speaking about them in exchange for paying a sum of money or providing a sample of these products or services to the owner of the site or page.

You won’t get rich by employing these strategies overnight. Whether you are looking to make money from the Internet quickly or if you do not mind that it takes some time to achieve a financial income that meets your ambitions, be persistent, you cannot crack your fingers and expect to find the money in front of you. But, again, if you focus on the right ideas, you will end up where you want to be.
