HOW TO LOSE STUBBORN BELLY FAT

First things first — you CANNOT spot reduce fat. Whether that be from your belly, your legs, your back, your face, ANYWHERE. You have to lose overall body fat to lose belly fat!
There are two methods to lose overall fat — we discuss one of them in this video:
being in a CALORIE DEFICIT to lose fat.
The other method would be to stay at caloric maintenance for an extended period of time while focusing on training performance, resulting in body recomposition (muscle gain and fat loss) over time!
