How to Look Fear in the Eye and Say I’m Doing it Anyway
You can decide today that you’re the boss

“Fear is the path to the Dark Side. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering.” — Yoda
Fear is a terrible master and we often allow it to rule our lives.
How many times have you talked yourself out of doing something that you knew would change your life for the better, but instead you stayed stuck safe in your little box.
Every time you try something new, step out of the line, or choose a different unknown path, fear whispers in your ear:
- You can’t do that
- You’ll fail
- You are not ready
- You are not good enough
- You don’t know enough
- Who do you think you are?
But this voice is a liar and you can choose not to listen.
Yes, I’ll say it again. You can choose not to listen and give into the fear.

You can just say STOP!
I’m in control and I’m not listening to you anymore.
I’m choosing to move forward anyway.
I’m in charge! I choose to change.
And then do it. And watch what happens.
You’ll embrace change and you’ll do the things you’ve dreamed of doing.
Will there be setbacks? Of course, but you will learn from them and continue to grow.
Ignoring fear is like building muscle. The more you do it, the easier it becomes.
Always remember you are enough.
All you need is to believe in yourself and stop listening to fear.
Give yourself permission to follow the joy in your life instead.
Key Message: You can step into your power. It’s your one, precious life. Don’t let fear rule it.
