How to Live in Joy
Day 30: How the end of one journey is the beginning of another!

I am not a scientist, but I love experiments. I love to try things, stay committed to them for a certain amount of time, and then evaluate how they went. I always grow, learn and expand my universe through these experiments. This beautiful experiment and journey of 30 days on how to live in joy is on day 30, the last day. I have not written these for 30 consecutive days, but I have shown up as much as possible to continue to write them to complete my mission of spreading joy to all.
With a smile on my face, I end this journey with the start to another one. As I walked around in my garden last night, I began to think of another journey I could take. Very soon, I will be starting a 100 day journey.

During this 100 day journey I will commit to writing every day of those 100 days. This journey will start on July 6th, 2020 and end October 14th, 2020. I will also commit daily to reading, commenting on and sharing on Twitter 5 articles from some of my favorite writers. I want to spread the joy to other’s work far and wide. This challenge and this journey will stretch me, help me grow as a writer and best of all will help me to highlight the joyful work of others as well.
Journeys and experiments take us out of our comfort zones. They challenge us to stretch our realities. They help us to grow in our craft as well as grow as a person. They challenge us to rise to the occasion. They beckon us to become a hero in our own lives. They call on us to become more.
One of the most profound challenges that I have done in my life was a 90 day challenge. It was a very deep personal development course that I took. My accountability partner and I committed to this course every single day for the 90 days. We would listen to a lesson, take notes, send each other messages and do the homework, every single day. This course still has a profound effect on my life now. I learned and grew so much through this challenge. Through this I learned to truly trust the universe. I learned that everything can be an experiment. I learned that you can create your own reality. Those lessons will never leave me.
I have learned so very much from these 30 days on How to Live in Joy. I am extremely grateful for each and every person who read, highlighted and commented on these pieces. I truly thank you all with all of my heart. Thank you for being a part of this journey. I look forward to taking the next journey with all of you very soon.
