Your primary readership is considered to be your “audience” because they are familiar with you, are on your side, and appreciate what you have to say.

It takes time and effort to build a following of hundreds, thousands, or even more readers. I won’t sugarcoat it: Developing an audience is challenging and requires a significant investment of time, effort, and experimentation. There are no quick fixes or simple routes to gaining more views and shares here. Some authors work on their message and style for years (or even decades! ), building a following of committed readers in the process.

Making content that is engaging, informative, and worthwhile to read is the most crucial thing you can do when you’re just getting started.
