Most of us can appreciate a really restful night, especially after a very vigorous day. After meditating and getting into a good state of mind, ensure your pillow will talk the language your body wants to hear. What a nightmare to lay your rested spirit down on an uncomfortable pillow.

Survey says, “Wrong!” Based on a series of tests, it has been concluded that the less expensive pillows made from cheaper materials don’t perform as well as the more expensive ones. According to the test, it was assessed that the more expensive pillows support the head and the neck of people of all sizes-petite, average, and large or tall. The sleeping position effect was neutral, whether side or back. A pressure mat was used to analyze roughly 1,600 pressure points and noted the areas where each pillow was too soft or too firm around the head or neck.

There are tons of pillows to choose from. i.e. Bamboo Pillow, MyPillow, Sleeping Pillows, The Sleepgram Pillow, Memory Foam Pillow and many many more.

What to look for in a pillow:

Look for one that’s as thick as the distance between your ear and outside shoulder. Stomach sleepers may need a soft pillow — or no pillow at all — underneath their head. A pillow under your stomach and pelvis may help prevent back pain. Back sleepers may need a flatter pillow, to keep your head and neck in alignment.
