I’ve been having a horrible night lately.

Now I do not sleep because of the heat, sometimes it is because of the pain so I have been in my neck, also this week I have already had horrible insomnia that makes me almost spend the whole night without sleep.

Who’s never had nights like this?

Today I decided to write here on Medium as having a good night’s sleep, I’m going to introduce some changes into my routine that I’m sure will help me get my good nights to sleep again.

I’m going to introduce some changes to my routine that I’m sure will help me get my good nights to sleep again.

→ Use a sleep mask

This will help you not to see any light before you sleep, the light awakens the brain, giving the feeling that its morning.

→ Make sure your bedsheets are clean

I’m sure everyone here sleeps with washed sheets, but the feeling that some freshly washed sheets provide is just wonderful

→ Wear comfy pajamas

I feel more comfortable wearing tight pajamas than wide pajamas. When I sleep in tight pajamas, I never sleep well.

→ Drink lots of water IN THE DAY TIME

This is super important, cause you need to stay hydrated, however, I from 7 p.m can not drink liquids, otherwise, I will spend the whole night awake and go to the bathroom to urinate, and that’s horrible.

→ Read always a chapter or two before you go to bed

I think this one is one of the best pieces of advice I will give to you, relax your mind and makes you more sleepy.

→ Turn off all the electronic devices before you go to the bed

Who’s never been up late just for messing with their phone or tablet? I don’t think there’s anything else to say.

I hope that with these tips you can improve the quality of your sleep.

I’m sure you’re going to change mine!
