How to Find Your Authentic Self

Being fake and dull is not making you rich and happy.

What do you see when you look in a mirror? A better question would be, what kind of mirror are you looking at?

If you look in a regular mirror, most probably you want to check if you look lovely today, if you are beautiful or tidy. You look for reassurance, to see how others are seeing you.

However, if you look in a true mirror, you do not look AT yourself only, you look FOR yourself. This means you look for revelation, to find out who you are.

You have only one job in this world. Each of us has only one important job.

The most important job in your life is not to be like any other person you know. Your job is to be as different from the rest of the people as you can be.

By finding yourself, your authentic self, you allow your revelation to get out and get real. To break through and bring to light what makes you unique into this world. You give yourself the chance to express your individuality.

You are excellent at being yourself. You are awesome at being yourself. When you are yourself, you are fabulous. This is your ideal job. The one job you are the best at. Being your true self.

Who do you think you are? You should know by now.

What you don’t know is how long you get to live in this world. But you shouldn’t bother much about life’s expectancy but rather about what to expect from life.

It is curious how everything intensifies in our life when we realize that are more summers behind us than the ones in front of us.

Older people are wiser because they tend to be more honest and less compromising. They are straightforward about what they don’t like or who they don’t like. They stopped being people pleasers.

Older people are not grumpy or eccentric, they are authentic. They ultimately looked in the true mirror and found themselves.
