As we head into a new year, I’m committed to a daily gratitude and positivity ritual. It’s linked to the idea I’ve discussed here before: the lucky bitch list. Here are some of the questions I use to inspire gratitude, positive thoughts (and positive actions) every day.
- What am I really good at?
- What do I absolutely love doing?
- What gives me energy?
- What events am I looking forward to?
- What are my favorite walks near to where I live?
- What are my favorite views near to where I live?
- What shows, films, and books do I love?
- What makes me laugh?
- What makes me proud?
- What’s a topic I love to talk about and/or write about?
The last and most important question is a simple one: How can I work more of all the above into my life?
