If you have ever suffered from insomnia, then you will know it is not a pleasant experience.

I suffered this affliction for a short while.

Insomnia for me seems to come and go.

It depends a lot too on what is going on in my life.

When my brain is busy due to everything that is happening.

Like wanting to read, write and do.

It can’t always switch off and the night can get rough.

I found this simple technique which I have been using.

I have found it so effective; you may benefit from it too.

I am sure you will find, that if you start to use it, it will help bring sleep back to you.

Jim Donavon Sleep Trick.

(Take a few minutes to watch it.)

It seems we can all revert to those rhythms we enjoyed as a baby.

Now I know why my granddaughter likes this when she goes off to sleep.
