How to discover hidden treasure in your failures
Congratulations if you have failed in something, you found a reason for the success

Failure is the opportunity to be successful.
Everybody experiences failures at some stage of his life. It is an inevitable part of life, so we must learn to cope with failures to be successful.
The job you didn’t get, the right person you haven’t found, or the financial crises you face all is the calling for a better life. If you could think the other way around, you will begin to see them all as an opportunity to create success.
Maybe you aren’t working hard enough for the job, or perhaps you should start a business, perhaps you need to learn how to improve your personality to look good, or perhaps you lack communication skills to find a better person in your life.
Maybe you need to learn to be resilient, and those financial crises are there to teach you how to be there and work hard when things get more challenging in your life.
Every Failure has a hidden treasure
If you didn’t get a job, or you got one, but you hate doing it? That could be your call. Maybe it has come with a message to be revealed.
Maybe life wants you to do much better because you deserve much better.
Personal Story
After graduation in 2019, I was looking for paid internships. I started applying for it everywhere, especially on Indeed and LinkedIn. Finally, after a few weeks, I got a call for an interview. I went there being excited and prepared along with my brother.
He was himself very much excited to get me started with the job. I still remember he was waiting for me near a coffee shop until I get over with the interview. I went inside the office waited for the interviewer to come and ask precisely those questions for which I haven’t done the preparation.
Well, long story, it was unwelcomed, but I didn’t get that job. Maybe I am not good at my programming skills, and I need to learn a bit more. I came back home and prepared and revisited the questions that the interviewer asked.
After a few weeks, I got a call from my friend who had given a test for a particular company but didn’t plan to join that company. He told me that the company still has a vacancy for one seat (which was his), and he would like me to participate on his behalf as he had recommended me to them.
I rushed to the company and conducted an interview right away that I had already been preparing for since being rejected in my previous job interview; rejection in the last job interview helped me crack that interview.
Finally, as expected to get selected in the company( although interview questions were very tough ), which was a thousand times better than the one that rejected me, I was getting a much better salary package than the one the previous company was offering.
I am not claiming that I have failed big while doing startups and investing millions of dollars, but we can learn a lifelong lesson for an ant too.
I believe life lessons are all around you. Sometimes you need a little beckon to change or transform your life completely.
And so, that little job interview failing taught me lifelong lessons about failures and how to cope with them and turn them into success.
The lifelong lessons that I learned about failures
- Always See your failures as an opportunity for a better tomorrow.
- Celebrate your failures because they are the indication that something great is coming in the future
- For sure, failures are the way to move forward, but only when you correct your mistakes and don’t repeat them; otherwise, they remain what they are — a failure.
- Learn to fail quickly because the quicker your fail, the faster you get the opportunity to work on your mistakes and grow in your life.
- Never be afraid to try new things and fail in them.
- Choose to try and experience failure instead of not trying and regretting it for your whole life.
- Life without failure and turning that failure into success is not fun.
To conclude
Failure is an inevitable part of life. We must learn to cope with the failures to be successful. Everybody has to experience failure, but a few see the hidden opportunity that comes with it.
Life becomes beautiful when you see the other way around failures and learn to celebrate them, for they have come to make you successful.
You can turn the very reason for not getting a job into starting a business that you had always been dreaming of in your life.
The outcome of the failure you face in your life is entirely in your hands; you can make it an excuse and continue doing what you are doing, or you become responsible and never turn back to the mistakes you made in the past to create success for you in the future.
