There are many reasons to worry: Inflation, energy crisis, climate crisis, and pandemics.
Nobody can foresee the future; nobody knows what comes next. But being afraid doesn’t help; it weakens you.
What can you do?
- Inform yourself regularly But ensure you don’t expose yourself to negative news all day. Do time-boxing: 20–30 minutes daily is enough to know what is happening.
- Prepare yourself Consider what you need if one of the crises escalates, e.g., if there is a power outage for several days. Get everything you need for such cases.
- Stay centered Learn how to meditate and do yoga. Practice regularly.
- Build a network Reach out to the people around you. Form a network that supports each other.
- Take crises as an opportunity for growth and change Focus on the positive. There is always something to learn.
