It’s reality that

We don’t grow when things are easy we grow when we face challenges

Recently, I finished one of the hardest challenges in my entire life

And in this post, I will share with you the things that support me in my hard day of life.

I was fortunate that I was fully commitment with myself on how to improve my life mentally and physically

Here’s the list of habits you need to start working on.

Let’s start with the first that’s

1. Turn off your phone Before going to Bed.

In the beginning, I thought it would be very easy but in reality, It was very hard

And It will be possible with practice,

2. Get enough sleep up to 8 hours

The first habit is linked with the 2nd one. Using the phone for a long time and using social media habit couldn’t sleep on time so developed a habit of sleeping 8 hours.

3. Read 5 Pages per day

The reason you are stressed and the reason you are in anxiety because you have no habit of reading.

I like to read books about self-improvement but in most cases, I like to watch tutorials on YouTube about self-improvement and on both sides, this is a great exercise for our brain.

4. Start a side hustle

Learn new skills and start a real side hustle.

Making money on the Internet is easy if you go with a serious side income business like course creation, writing online, blogging, ebook selling side hustle, etc.

Note: There’s no shortcut to make huge amounts of money on the internet.

5. Track your progress

Track your process Mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially.

I think having a routine for tracking progress is very important because with this you’re going to celebrate small wins and small wins are very important for huge ones.

Minimum distraction

More and more time to work on yourself

And plan your days. months and even years.

Reading learning new skills and languages I will also put an extra thing that is very important which is morning exercise
