We all have strategies that make us control our anxieties and our fears, many work and others not.

I’ve made a list of things that might help you a little bit when you feel mentally down.

→ Don’t e afraid to be alone, embrace this moment and try to think about anything else.

→ Don’t dwell on the past. You need to think about the present only.

→ Don’t feel the world owes you because you make your own destiny and you can change it anytime.

→ Don’t expect immediate results, good things take time.

→ Don’t worry about pleasing everyone, because you can’t, that’s life.

→ Don’t waste time feeling sorry for yourself! You are what you are and you can improve yourself every day.

→ Don’t waste energy on things you can’t control.

→ Don’t let others influence your emotions ( for me this is the difficult one, sometimes can be very difficult indeed)

→ Don’t resent other people’s success, fight to have one better.

→ Don’t shy away from your responsibilities.

→ Don’t give up after the first failure, because you may fall many times and you will stand up every single time you fall.

→ Don’t fear taking calculated risks.
