Soul alignment means quieting the busy mind, the ego, the part of us connected to the physical world. And to let go into our eternal nature.

Eternal nature is another way of saying the soul. The divine. That part of us that will continue on after we lay down this body and go home.

How to align with your soul

You actually do it already but probably aren't aware. It’s when you trust your gut feelings or when you listen to your inner knowing.

It’s when you have one of those days where everything falls into place. Or when you connect with someone you love and feel your heart pouring out in action or words.

When your mood is good, you are in alignment with your soul, that happy, joyful state is your soul. When you feel anything less you are out of alignment.
