How to Achieve a More Advanced State of Consciousness
What if there is much more to our reality than we think is possible?
If you live in a society where the television and newspapers are the only sources of information you have, you are going to be very misinformed, and it’s going to be very hard for you to break free of your current paradigm, especially if it seems very comforting and safe to you.
I think, this can be a very narrow view of reality. So read on to find out why!
Why You Have to Transcend Your Bubble:
You are very limited if you only live inside your own bubble, which is a limited prison of beliefs. But if you are willing to listen and look, if you are open to questions and to possibly changing your beliefs, you can achieve a much more advanced consciousness, and that’s what our society does not want people to do, because it is against the primal paradigm of survival of the fittest.
Those who are too curious to keep questioning the current reality, who are not happy with their reality and are open to possibly changing their beliefs, this group of people actually destroys the current, faulty paradigm by their actions, and this is not good for the system, because the system is about hiding new, advanced truths from the masses and feeding them the same lies again and again.
I think this is because thought structures or memory complexes don’t want to dissolve or get replaced by new and more coherent ones. For example, it hurts when something you identify with goes away or you have to let go of something. The same is is applicable to large networks or the collective human consciousness!

So What Should I Do?
The first step towards a more advanced consciousness is questioning the current paradigm. You need to be open for new information, for new thoughts, and to understand that you can be deceived, that you can be lied to, that your whole life can be coloured by lies, if you allow that.
Every second, we take in enormous amount of data through our physical senses, and we cannot possibly consciously process all of this. We need to quickly filter out all the “useless” data, to discard it, so we can use our conscious mind to concentrate on what is useful at this moment.
In our childhood, much more information was available to us, because our senses were much more opened than they are now. As we grow older, our “default mode network” or ego becomes stronger, and our consciousness becomes weaker.
This network of thoughts, views, fears, ideas, emotions etc. suppresses incoming information, because it’s helping you to keep your current view of reality, and this appears to be a form of protection, but it can actually be very self destructive.
“The ego is the prison where the kidnapped soul is being held captive. Whoever wants to liberate their soul must first demolish the walls and gates of that prison.”
There is so much more information available if you’re only willing to let go, if you’re not afraid of letting go and breaking the chains, so to speak, by which you are connected to the current reality.
Question things, start learning how you can observe your beliefs and emotional patterns every moment that goes by in your day. Learn how to change your emotions, and start trying to change your reality, just by changing your beliefs about it.
You can start turning your life into the experience you always wanted. Slowly, you start understanding what reality really is, and you start creating your own reality. You start creating a reality that works for you, and not against you.
Everything can happen, if you’re willing to improve, to change, and to be open for new insights, new ideas, and new knowledge which will lead you to a more advanced, enlightened state of consciousness.

If you want to advance to a more advanced state, there’s no path you can follow, no particular person who can give you hints, because everything is laid out in front of you — you only have to be able to see it and be open for new knowledge.
