How Strong Are You?
5 Day Challenge

For five days, actively develop and integrate your strengths: physical (power), mental (endurance) and emotional (resolve).
Physio-Emotional
Blend your emotional resolve with your physical strength training. (If you’re not training, here’s your chance to start. The newness of the program will test your emotional resolve!)
If you already have a strengthening program, add a set of reps to each exercise or minimize your rest time by 10%.
Mental-Emotional
Attempt something new that interests but scares you. Write a poem, sing at a karaoke bar, or make a small monetary investment. The activity will provide the mental stimulation and your heart the courage.
Physio-Mental
Try a new physical activity: salsa dancing, drawing or yodeling! (YouTube is a great resource for the beginner.) Unite body and mind!
