How Steaming Can Reduce the Effects of Your Dust Allergies

My Routine
My life has become increasingly filled with activities and commitments. That said, I always make sure I keep a certain structure to my daily routine so I can stay healthy and productive.
To this end, I always start the day with a morning steam for my dust allergy.
In my tiny bathroom, I boil a pot of water and put a towel over my head. This will create a sauna-like effect, which will then cleanse the dust out of my nasal passages.
After this, I pour a bowl of warm water and lemon slices over my head for an even more effective cleaning.
Finally, I sit in front of the open window and inhale the warm air that’s filled with negative ions from nature.
This has been my little morning ritual and always leaves me energized and rejuvenated.
Next, I do some yoga stretches. This helps me to keep limber and connected to my body.
After my yoga, I will often go for a light jog or swim, depending on my day. This is always a nice way to jump-start my energy and really get me feeling great.
I will often supplement this daily physical routine with some other calming activities, like journaling, reading, or playing a calming music piece.
By now, I am sure to have had breakfast, which helps me stay sharp and focused during the day. I never take on more than I can handle and make sure to save some time for my social commitments.
Overall, my daily routine and steam for my dust allergy keep me on top of my health and productivity game.
Without these components, I’d surely feel sluggish and overwhelmed with the stress life offers. It is my way of connecting to my body and my breath in order to feel good about life.
