How not to Allow FEAR to Cripple Your Life
Falling down is not the problem, it is not getting back up
Often times, what we don’t know or what we think we know trips us up before we get started. Often times the unknown isn’t as bad as anticipated. Once you walk through your fear, it disappears just that quickly. Trust your instincts and move forward. Living large or living on purpose comes with a natural amount of fear. Fear is not bad in and off itself, but the nervous system is responding based on your psychological analysis. Check your emotions at the door and walk through your fear on purpose and the more you do this the easier it will get.
