How Much I’ve Earned from My Most Read Story on Medium
3.1k views and 1k reads for one article
Most articles on Medium are popular for a few days before they disappear into oblivion. You can still boost their visibility by pinning them to the top of your profile or sharing them at the bottom of newly published work. However, some articles will eventually experience a spike in views later on if they get indexed by Google or other search engines.
Which Article of Mine has the Most Views and Reads?
A lot of my blog posts initially get around 30–60 reads on Medium, and this number eventually increases over time. I do have one article that stands above the rest, with over 1,000 reads and 3,100 views. Dallas Cowboys 2020–2021 Schedule Preview was published on May 25, 2020, and it eventually ranked at the top of Google for the search term “Dallas Cowboys schedule” for many months in 2020.
How much did all of these views earn me?…..Three dimes! 😅
It’s nice to randomly rank near the top of Google for a specific search term, but don’t expect to get rich unless those views are coming from Medium members.
