How Much I Won in 2021 Writing on Medium

My annual financial report.

I have read here and there that it is no longer desirable to read one more story about earnings with Medium.

But for me, it’s about noting a step and also giving an honest opinion.

I’ll tell you right now: I didn’t make a fortune with Medium. But that wasn’t my goal, even if I would like to. My goal was to test what I was capable of and to learn to progress. And from this point of view, my mission is successful.

But back to the topic….My first story was published on March 24, 2021, so the year 2021 is not a full year. The total amount I received between March 24 and December 31 is … US$ 133.87!

It’s better than nothing but it’s not enough to write articles on how to make a fortune.

The lesson I’ve learned from this is to keep trying. and keep writing without expecting more than what I can get out of it on a personal level.
