How much I made in my second month writing on Medium?
Here we go, February is done and it’s time to show some inspiring stats from a fresh writer to help motivate those who are about to give up. Well, I guess my headline is clear enough to understand this is only my second-month publishing stories on this platform — yeah. Maybe I would say my very first month on consistent publishing, six days a week, to be more precise, one article a day.
My very first article was published on the 2nd of January 2023 and it took me 21 days to reach that 100 followers milestone — yeah that’s long I know. After that, I waited 5 to 6 days to get my content monetized. And The 3 or 4 days left of January I didn’t make anything but $0.56. And then comes February 28 days(4 weeks) where we are about to dig in. All right let’s get in.

I tried to make some research and figure out how this Medium algorithm works but it’s still really complex and challenging to get it, so let’s just try to do our work of writing and let them handle the rest. I got $22.19 for one of my highest-paid articles and note that it’s neither the most clapped nor most commented but the most viewed — don’t even ask me to tell how? because the only thing I care about here is money.
And comes the second highest which got $15.16 with the most comments. Let’s just list two of them as they’re the only ones with more than $10.

How much I made (Finally)
So now comes the time why you clicked on this article, how much money I made in February. Well maybe it’s not going to impress you because you may make way much more on this platform — “just give me the time I will reach your level” but I’m very proud of myself and you should be too, so close your eyes this is the time. I MADE… $60.55 — not too much huh? but at least it covers my one-year medium member to read all your stories.

Bottom Line
No lies, February is been way more impressive than January not because it only had 28 days but because I gained 570+ followers, and get 12k views, and made $60.55.
