How Much Does It Costs To Run Minimalist Hustler?

Guess how much I spend monthly to run Minimalist Hustler.

Part of being a Minimalist Hustler is keeping a close tab on my expenses.

I’m always trying to reduce them, it’s almost like a game.

Here are the recurring expenses I have as of today.

In US dollars per month.

  1. Calendly — $15.00 I use this to manage my consulting services, my newsletter sponsors, and my schedule for coffee chats and other meetings.
  2. Canva — $9.95 I’m not a graphic designer but Canva brings me close.
  3. Carrd — $4.08 My favorite landing page builder, I host not only my Minimalist Hustler websites here but a lot of others.
  4. ConvertKit — $79.00 This is my email service provider that houses my daily newsletter and my many automated sequences.
  5. Google Domains — $3.64 This will soon be Squarespace (or another provider) since they bought out Google Domains customers. This is for my 3 domains related to Minimalist Hustler.
  6. Google Workspace — $6.67 The Minimalist Hustler homebase for email, calendar, docs, and more.
  7. Typefully — $7.50 I schedule and organize my Twitter posts with this platform.
  8. X — $8.50 I currently pay for X Pro (formerly Twitter Blue) mostly for the extra reach for my comments. It’s my main growth channel.

I also pay for ads, courses, and materials from time to time, but these are the 8 things I pay for every month (or year).

The grand total is $134.34 per month.

Truth be told, some of these tools pay for themselves (and others) through the affiliate earnings alone.

I can’t imagine my current business without these tools, and while there are cheaper and free alternatives out there, it’s just not worth trying to make a switch at this time.
