3 Questions To Reduce Your Fear

How Limiting Beliefs Affect Our Reality

When I was in my twenties, I lived in fear of a lot of things.

  • I was afraid I wasn’t going to figure out my future.
  • I was afraid to talk to people or try new things.
  • I was afraid of pretty much everything.
  • I walked through my life hiding from everything.

Then I figured out that FEAR is made up of three parts.

1. Your fear has a source.

Almost all of your thoughts, your feelings, and your emotions do not belong to you. We pick these things up like a big psychic radio receiver.

Have you ever walked into a room and felt the emotions flying around the room? Someone was angry or afraid and you could feel it in your gut.

Why? Because every molecule in the universe is connected. We’re connected through vibration.

When somebody's molecules are vibrating in fear and you’re near them, you pick up on that vibration. It seems like it’s everywhere in the air.

Who does that fear belong to?

The next time you are in the presence of that fear energy, ask yourself who’s fear is it anyhow? If it’s not yours, then let it go.

Say it under your breath. That’s not my emotion. Let it go.

For the next three days, catch the emotions that you’re picking up. Notice when they come into your presence and ask the question.

At the end of three days, you’ll notice a major difference in how you feel and react to the emotions of others.

2. We often confuse excitement and fear.

Excitement and fear. have exactly the same physiological response. You get butterflies in your stomach, feel trembling and you might get sweaty palms.

You might call it fear. You might notice that it’s excitement. That depends on your mental point of view.

Many of us have learned to identify these physical feelings as fear rather than excitement. Ask yourself, is this fear or excitement?

3. Distraction.

The third is when fear becomes a distraction because it gets implanted in you.

What’s an implant? It’s a negative emotion or opinion from somebody else. It’s not yours. When you choose to accept their point of view, it becomes part of the way you operate.

They make you believe in things like fear.

When you choose to accept these points of view, they distract you from other ways of thinking. You might not notice that it’s happening because it comes from inside of you and it feels like your opinion.

When this happens to you, what should you do?

Ask the three questions.

  • Who does this belong to?
  • Is it fear or excitement?
  • Have I let someone else plant this seed inside of me?

Your answers will allow you to identify the fears that have created a cycle inside of you. Then you can clear them, using the following technique.

How to remove limiting beliefs in your life with a clearing statement.

Access Consciousness is a new-age thought movement that uses several techniques to clear blocks and release positive changes in the brain.

One of their most common clearing statements is:

“Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, POD and POC, All 9, Shorts, Boys, and Beyonds” Access Consciousness Clearing Statement

When you notice a limited belief or negative thought that you want to remove from your consciousness, repeat the above. You can shorten it to just say POD and POC.

Then say, “Destroy and uncreate it all now.”

This clears the energy underneath the words.

I get it. They’re a bunch of made-up words that seem like gibberish. The people that created these statements believe in them. It’s up to you to try them and see if they work for you.

Here’s what each of the phrases means

Right and Wrong, Good and Bad What’s good, perfect and correct about this? What’s wrong, mean, vicious, terrible, bad, and awful about this? What’s right and wrong, good and bad? POD Is the point of destruction immediately following whatever you decided. It’s like pulling the bottom card out of a house of cards. The whole thing falls down. POC Is the point of creation of the thoughts, feelings and emotions immediately preceding whatever you decided. All 9 Stands for nine layers of crap that we’re taking out. You know that somewhere in those nine layers, there’s got to be a pony because you couldn’t put that much crap in one place without having a pony in there. It’s crap that you’re generating yourself, which is the bad part. You created it, you can change it. Shorts Is the short version of: What’s meaningful about this? What’s meaningless about this? What’s the punishment for this? What’s the reward for this? Boys Stands for nucleated spheres. Have you ever been told you have to peel the layers of the onion to get to the core of an issue? Well, this is it—except it’s not an onion. It’s an energetic structure that looks like one. These are pre-verbal.

Beyonds Are feelings or sensations you get that stop your heart, stop your breath, or stop your willingness to look at possibilities. It’s like when your business is in the red and you get another final notice and you say argh! You weren’t expecting that right now.
