Introspection
How Kind Are You?
If You Can Be Kind to Others, You Can Be Kind To Yourself

Imagine a dear friend or a child coming to you, upset.
They’ve made a mistake — something public, something embarrassing.
You take their hand and hold it tight, reassuring them, “It’s okay! I love you no matter what. Let’s see what we can do to fix this.”
Now, imagine that you have made a mistake.
Something public.
Something embarrassing.
Can you hold your own hand? Hold it tight?
And reassure yourself, “It’s okay! I love you no matter what. Let’s see what we can do to fix this!”
If you can do that, then you are kind. And what’s better? You will inspire others to follow you!
