How is being “emo” common in conduct disorder, antisocial personality disorder (ASPD), psychopathy, and sociopathy?

To be considered ‘emo,’ that is basically like goth from what I understand. If that analogy is true then I’d classify emo as misanthropic disillusioned and typically is a moody person who’s emotions can swing back and forth, but the most happy/positive that they will display is neutral.
These are people that perhaps had a positive perspective on the world in the past — maybe saying things like ‘there is always a win -win’ or ‘everyone inherently wants to do a good job” “nobody is evil” and other positive but, unfounded personal beliefs.
This person will have gotten a wake up call — likely in their early to mid teen years which shocked them enough that it caused them to have to seriously look at their life and the world around them.
Unable to reconcile the cognitive dissonance between what they feel the world should be like, and the reality of what it truly is like. When combined with the helplessness of not being able to shift the world to be in alignment with what they believe should be true, and they find themselves sliding into a perpetual dark and moody depression from the misalignment between feelings and reality.
These people typically then listen to dark, down tuned, broody music that has themes which contained bleak imagery, futility in political/global level, and a rejection of God or religion..
They the goth typically turn inward, and then music plays a dual role becoming their bible as well as the their voice. Music becomes a method of explaining how they feel through artistic sound which better conveys the despair, rage and hopelessness that their typhoon like emotions feel which words themselves simply cannot explain as well as the sludgy guitars and screaming chorus’
ASPD, Psychopathy, and Sociopathy in that context have nothing to do with emo other than the idea of cyclone like emotions that run unchecked inside of the individual when triggered. In fact, psychopaths have a distinct absence of emotional response to most things and they remain naturally detached and logical about what it is that they perceive or what they think about something.
They are almost the polar opposite of emotional — that is until they reach that point where they are enraged by you. Once enraged they will easily become animated and angry which can look similar to emotional but it’s much more focused and too action oriented to be considered emo.
ASPD and Sociopathy show more emotional dysregulation and impulsiveness which, similar to psychopathy are too animated and action oriented to be labelled emo. There simply is a large difference between anger fueled by depression versus a anger fueled by rage.
The sheer energy that is accessible is incomparable and the longevity for animated anger in someone who is emo has a shorter half life than does the psychopath, sociopath or ASPD person.
Where there is overlap is often con conduct disorder, Sociopathy and ASPD affected people, you will find that they fall into a depression and then they typically isolate. They may listen to music and be kept down by it’s depressing themes which describe the inner turmoil too well to leave behind.
Other than that aspect of things I would have to say there is no real other overlap between the constructs.
So, in the end — there really isn’t a lot of overlap between emo and conduct disorder, ASPD, Sociopathy, or Psychopathy. Where there is overlap, the anger may or may not be an ‘emo’ driven depression. So instead of the depressing driven anger there may be an overt rage which is driven by anger and hate that originates from within their personality disorder.
