My step-by-step plan for 11X-ing my investment

The truth is, I’ve done this over and over again. I take a small investment, usually under $30-$50 and turn it into 10X+ within a few weeks or a few months.

Yes, website flipping.

I built, grew, and flipped a website profitably. The $20 investment was the cost of the domain I purchased (cheaper domains are available) and I sold the site for $250!

I love flipping microwebsites like this because it’s easy enough to learn and you can scale this project to produce some real money, like thousands or tens of thousands of dollars.

3 Simple Steps for Website Flipping

Here’s the plan I follow for each microwebsite I flip.

What’s great about this process is that it can be done pretty quickly.

And, since you don’t need to monetize or grow traffic for the site, selling it at any point in time is possible.

Step 1: Build the website

I tend to focus on content sites like blogs but, this can work for virtually any kind of website.

Step 2: Grow the website

Add pages, apply a theme, and all this fun stuff.

This is what takes the longest part of the process. But, you can flex your creativity and really take the reins on this, adding whatever kind of content you wish.

Step 3: Flip the website

In my group coaching, I will take 30 days to build and grow a site then, sell it at the end of that timeframe.

For my $250 site sale, after the $20 investment, I made $230 before fees.
