How I Saved $100,000 By Age 19
It was a hard journey but here’s what I learned

It only took me 739 days & a ton of sleepless nights without a job while being in school to accomplish such a number. I kept my mouth shut until now, and now I feel like letting whoever you are reading this how I at the age of 19 years did such a thing.
Here’s how I saved $100,000 dollars at the age of 19…
The Vision
With all of us, we have dreams and things we really want to accomplish in this life. At the time my goal was to just get out of school, make lots of money, get a good job, go to college, get a good family, have a good life, and then basically die.
But in a teenage mind things are constantly changing and what I wanted one day would be different the next and if I’m being honest I didn’t know what the bloody heck I wanted in this life. In this case, I'm just going with the flow and blending in with the crowd because I was afraid if I’m different I won’t have that “good” stuff ya know?
Well if I’m being honest I wanted that good stuff but I didn’t just want “good stuff” I wanted more than that. So in my young mind, I would then start to have questions pop into my mind. I would have questions like, why would I see a majority of people doing the same thing in this life but there’s only a small percentage of people who are lucky? How do I get lucky? Is it really them getting lucky? Do I need to change something?
Well, I would have tons of questions in my mind of sorts & it all came down to what I wanted to achieve and ultimately why I wanted to achieve such things.
The main thing I want is money! The reason I want money is that it opens up an array of opportunities in life, it will give me the power I need to change the world in some way. Money will give me more time to do the things I choose to do because my time is no longer spent chasing that bag. Ultimately I just don’t want to be another member of the ultimate Rat Race.
Now I know what I want and why I want it but another thing I had to discover is how to get there.
The Journey
Going back to when I was in high school at the age of 16 I had always been a money-hungry person. I would always be happy when I made some cash selling things like candy in school. I would always go home and play video games and help out around the house and just be a good kid. I had no car, no job, no nothing. All I wanted was to be a good kid and also a cool kid at the same time.
I wanted things I couldn’t get and would beg to get good things like money to spend on Fortnite or to get some of them expensive Yeezy shoes or a new car because I’m a good kid right?
Well, this was around 2016–2017 when there were so many trending things where you would want everything. During this time I would be doing what I love every day and posting bad quality video content to YouTube which at the time the channel was called MrGamerJammer. The YouTube channel name would always change and I would always just keep doing me and hopping on every little trend I could hop on.
If I’m honest the channel wasn’t doing bad and it was going well for itself. I would just post vids every day after school and never do homework. I was determined and had that one thing in mind because I wanted to do what I love and in return live a free life with money.
Moving on the year was now around 2018 and my YouTube channel was picking up speed and traction. I would work with what I had and build from there and start to learn new tricks to the algorithm to bring on more viewers. I would keep posting every day and hit many milestones and one day would have quite a bit of saved up money to put towards a video idea I had at the time that would’ve got me millions of views and made me a big YouTuber.
Nah! We can’t get our hopes up now because with any story something bad happens. Well, that’s exactly what happened, YouTube had terminated my YouTube channel without reason of why they did so. I had worked long hours and filmed 600+ vids for that channel and posted tons of content just to be booted off the platform I knew and loved. To this day I honestly don’t know why but all I remember is all the work I put in is gone. All I honestly wanted was to at least have access to all my cringy content but all of that was wiped and all those memories of hard work put in were worthless.
I was down bad for quite a bit and just decided this wasn’t worth it. At the time I felt left behind because I’m a pretty good person and I just want things like everyone else wants things in this life. I put in the work to get the things I want and just lose it like that? Come on now!
All during this time during the middle of my high school years, I really need to find a way to get the things I wanted. I see people driving and getting a license but I didn’t have it. I saw people looking good and I’m over here wearing the same cycle of clothing week to week.
I had to get myself back on track and I would apply for jobs during this time. I would help people do things so I can get money. Anything to get some money. Any holidays that came around where I would most likely get things like money or gifts I would put the money I got to the side and forget about it and I would then get gift cards to put some of the money on so I could use it online because I didn’t have a bank account created.
Things are starting to happen for me and I decide to start posting content to a backup channel that I had and really start to change the direction I was heading in.
The Turning Point
Around the year going on to 2019 that would be me going on to being a senior in high school. This is where I really got down to business on things as I now had around $400 saved up. I however couldn’t get a job for some reason so I just decided to do my own thing. I had a laptop, a phone, and a camera. I used everything I had to my advantage and would look up ways of making money online.
During this time of 2019, I was an 18-year-old and would always think about what I can do to get to my desired outcome in this life. Time doesn’t wait for you so why would you wait for it? I knew I needed to do something with myself to accomplish what I set forth for myself no matter what.
As said before I would constantly look for ways of making money online. I would do hours' worth of surveys just to make a few dollars online and also a bit of freelance work as well, a little bit of everything.
It wasn’t until I came across an Ad with this person saying “Here In My Garage” & having knowledge. His name is Tai Lopez if you didn’t know and I would see tons of other Ads out there. This thing called SMMA which stands for ‘Social Media Marketing Agency’ it’s what truly changed the game for me.
I got started in the business world and my entrepreneurial adventures finally. I would educate myself and gather as much knowledge and whatever I learned I would use what I had and do what I can with this. In this case, I would film videos of myself talking about what I learned and showing that content online of me starting businesses and basically making money online.
I would surround myself with like-minded people and really consume as much knowledge as possible. My video content for my new YouTube channel was starting to bring in views once more as I shared my knowledge around and I was able to build my brand up again. I would be getting that YouTube money, business money, and side money. I was able to finally learn & build the foundation for myself so I can go about accomplishing my goal of doing as many things as I can possible while being a 19-year-old.
How I Saved A Lot of $$$ At 19
So much can happen in 1 year and I hope you didn’t skip to this part of the article, if you did kindly scroll on up and “read” so you know where I’m at with things.
As said before 2019 was the turning point for things and now 2020 was the goldmine for things because with the business model I was in this was where I went crazy!
I would work hard day in and day out making cold calls, learning new skills, and doing daily habits that would help with my building of money and goals. I would do rich habits such as cold showers, meditation, waking up early, reading, working out, eating healthy, and listening to successful affirmations to attract wealth and abundance. If I'm being honest the spirituality-type stuff helped tremendously because something weird with the universe happens and it’s just great! but I’ll save that for another article I guess! Ha! Ha!
During this time things worked out as it was my last year in high school. I graduated and didn’t celebrate and try to figure out what comes next for myself because I already knew what I wanted and was fully zoned in on the prize.
Every time I got something I would put it back in to get something else because I know not everything is going to be all good and such. I knew I had a purpose and through the video content and through these articles I write I simply want to help whoever comes across and hope they get some sort of value. Everything, I build serves a purpose and leads to another thing, and I honestly don’t know where the universe will take us but I know in some shape or form we are connected you read this and I’m proud of you for following my journey.
With this being said this took pretty much about 3–4 years time of me just doing things in this life to find that one thing that took me to the next level. The one thing I would say that got me to where I wanted to be is by being persistent. I wouldn’t say luck plays a part in anything because you’re the only person that’s in control and what you did years ago doesn’t matter in the present time. What matters is that in this present time you do something that matters to your future self.
The Universe is great in a way and I hope you can follow along on this journey if not oh well.
Anyways, this is how I saved $100k at the age of 19.
