I signed up for Medium in June, but I didn’t begin posting regularly until July. It has been a quick but difficult ride. I’ll be giving my opinions on how to increase your overall profits, views, and following. . Along the way, I made mistakes too, and I still do, but I’ll try my best that you don’t.Interacting with others, verbalizing your thoughts, and conserving your knowledge and experience for future generations are all aspects of writing. The way we view the world, live our lives, and even who we are may all be changed by ideas and tales.

Consistency is key!
Perhaps the most important thing that will boost your earnings is consistency,Regularly posting new content will keep your profile current and include your existing admirers. People are more likely to follow them if they consistently produce quality content. Do not compare your labor with others’; everyone arrives at the conclusion at a different pace. You just have to keep going. Building a readership of hundreds, thousands, or even more readers requires time and effort. I’ll be blunt: building an audience is difficult and necessitates a large expenditure of time, energy, and experimenting.
There are no easy solutions or quick ways to increase views and shares in this situation. Some authors devote years (or even decades!) to perfecting their message and writing style, which helps them garner a loyal readership. Take me for an example I only made 4$ in my first month as a writer but I didn’t lose hope and neither should you, your time will come.
Quality over quantity is the way!
To publish as often as you can, ideally every day or even better, 2–3 pieces per day, is one of the most important piece of advice I regularly see about how to prosper on Medium. I’ve tried to push myself to write more frequently (which I did when I first started, releasing two stories every day), but I’ve never been able to sustain it over the long term, so currently I only post three to four posts per week. Having tried both methods, I have personally come to support the idea of quality over quantity.
Spread the word!
On Medium, comment on stories you enjoy and engage with other authors and readers. Being genuine in your chats will help you develop relationships on the website. Join Facebook groups and engage in genuine conversation on other people’s work for the best results. As most of my interactions are with people on Facebook groups I would advise the same to you as it is a genuine community which really helps you grow as a writer.
Furthermore, Follow 150 members on medium every day. It may seem like a waste of time but One thing you must understand is that whenever someone follows a medium member he/she receives a notification with a profile picture shown which is clickable. So chances are they will follow you back.
Highlight, comment, clap, and follow the work of other authors.
The more you engage with the writers in the Medium community, the more they’ll engage with you. When you first start out, take some time to research! As you browse topics that interest you and keep an eye on authors you like to read, clap, highlight, and leave a remark to show your appreciation for good storytelling. On Medium, did you come across a new favorite author? Visit the “About” section of their profile to learn who they follow. You could find a new favorite.
Engaging with authors and stories is the first step in finding your people on Medium. Along with your own hobbies, it’s a wonderful opportunity to learn about the writing methods of other authors.
Make your stories discoverable.
The best way to do so is write catchy-titles which stand out from others. Write titles as if you were a reader and a certain one-liner would make you invested in the article, you should write about 2–3 titles for every article for practice and eventually you will be pro at it. Add pertinent tags. Before your story goes live, but after you press “Publish,” you’ll have the opportunity to add tags. The total is five! You can increase the number of people who see your work on Medium by doing this.
This was my opinion on how to make more money on Medium; I make no claims to be a professional writer because I am still learning as I go along. Instead, I simply want to support new writers and create a fierce community. WE HAVE ONLY JUST BEGUN.
Final remarks!
All you struggling authors, keep in mind that your writing career is a testament to your creativity and dedication. Accepting your uniqueness will help you to perceive failures as chances to grow. It takes time to build a following, so be sure to celebrate your successes and keep sharing your work. Build a solid support network, believe in the power of your words, and understand that your tales have the power to inspire and influence people. Be persistent and passionate in your writing because the world needs to hear your voice.
