How I Had My First Somewhat Viral Article Without Curation

And how you can have yours too…

Wow! I got my first somewhat viral article after only two months on Medium! I’m shocked! In a way, however, I know how it happened. At the end of the day, I’m the one who wrote the viral article.

Here are three things I strive for and you should strive for when creating a viral article:

• Quality: in order for your article to go viral, even without curation, you need quality. Without quality, your writing will go nowhere!
• Use Publications: Publications are your best friends when writing on Medium. Use them! They increase your chances of virality!
• Write About The Right Thing: Don’t write about something that’s already been written about hundreds of times. Write something unique, and write it well. Think about your audience and what they want from you!
