How I Find References for ChatGPT Articles
Give credit.

Do you ever wonder where ChatGPT gets your answers?
As an ethical writer, it should cross your mind. ChatGPT is a search engine. For now, it’s acceptable to say Ai-generated. Then, move along with your copy-and-paste activities.
But as lawyers iron out copyright holder details, references will come into question. Before those days arrive, be in the clear. Here is how you get the article sources for your ChatGPT answers.
3-second adjustment
- Visit the Chrome Web Store
2. Search for — WebChatGPT: ChatGPT with internet access
3. Download the Google Chrome extension.
When installed, your search results will load with the references included. At the end of each result, you’ll see 1, 2, and 3. The numberings have the sources embedded.
Why does adding sources matter?
- Improves your article’s credibility.
- Gives fellow writers their credit.
- Protection against future copyright laws.
I know it’s a simple change for the best outcome.
