How I Discovered The Nutritious And Healthy Indian Pizza

A simple and effective dish that is wholesome and nutritious.

One day I was sifting the fine flour. This is called Sooji in India or Semolina flour and my thought turned to how can I make it a wholesome, nutritious, and tasty dish.

I wanted to eat something light and yet it should be filling. How to make this and what dish is this?

Step 1

I immediately took out one cup of the powdered Soonj/Semolina and 3/4th cup of water and soaked the semolina.

After 15 minutes I found that it had risen considerably.

Now what should I do?

Step 2

So I mixed the two and found it a little tight. Then I mixed one cup of Curd/Plain yogurt unflavored and found the batter smooth and nice.

Then I decided to grate some carrots and cut some beans then I cut some green chilies, onions, and coriander leaves,

My imaginative mind took me to wonder now what to do.

Step 3

Next, I put the non-stick pan on the fire. With just a small spoonful of oil, I spread the batter in the pan.

I let it cook and when it started getting a little firm I put all the cut vegetables in it.
