How I Became a ‘Zombie Mom’
You never know where life will take you
My story about how to be the mother to a teenager who struggles with troubling thoughts.
Zombie Mom
At night, when you get these disturbing and unwanted thoughts, that won’t go away
We talk and talk for hours
And we put on a zombie series to distract the mind who is busy producing destructive thoughts
When morning comes, I am so tired. Physically and mentally drained. I can’t think straight. Brain fog. Slow-moving. Pale.
Zombie mom
