How Humans Learned to Suffer
And help on how not to.
You ask about the belief in suffering What we will give is a rudimentary version from which everything else springs. But it reveals the basic trajectory.
When the veil between this reality and the next became dense enough*, humans no longer had direct knowledge life after dying. They believed they could be taken and would cease to exist. Primal fear began. This is what introduced suffering into the human condition. *This information comes from my channeled material. It can be taken as direct experience or metaphor, as you wish.
Humans started praying to Source to make it right. This placed the Sacred placed outside one, creating a definitive separation from Source. This creates a significant loss of power. One feels weak, without recourse, controlled by outer forces. None of this is true.
It is interesting to note animals do not have this concept. They will feel pain and fear, but they do not attach to it, they do not project it into the future. And they do not have the same wall against death.
As things became ever denser, humans lost the realization that everything came into being through Source. This created the belief in separateness of humans and the natural world, and instilled more fear.
It spread to the other beings on the planet.
Now the world appeared haphazard, so one needed to control things. As an example, this led to domesticating animals. If one lives aligned with the web of Source, one can communicate with animals. There is no need for domestication. (Though this communication can be learned even now.)
Animals became foreign beings, non-related to humans. Hence, they were ‘used’ without regard to their connection to Source. The natural vibrations and connection between animals and humans are very close. This further densified the veil. Agriculture was the same process with plants.
More separation. More fear. More harm. More suffering.
New beliefs built the perfect paradigm for suffering.
If one is in harmony with the area where one lives (with the population density that existed at the time), one has everything available that one needs or life would not exist there.
But, when the connection to Source was veiled, that did not seem to be true. Control and confinement appeared to be vitally necessary. One needed to protect the resources that allowed one to stay alive — the animals, the fields. One needed to defend them against others, giving rise to greater human-to-human conflict.
Security in the world became attached to what one had. So, one tried to accumulate and keep more. Thusly, disparities in levels of life standards and importance were created. This gave birth to the need to dominate. More separation. More suffering.
And so on.
All of this carried humanity farther and farther away from Source. The farther away from Source humans moved, the more isolated, bereft, and fearful their incarnations became. And the ‘stories’ of what had once been became mere imaginal musings, no longer real.
What to do now.
To bring this into your moment in time, we would say, in its most basic form, suffering is a signal of disconnection from Source. So, one could say that suffering is valuable in that it is a reminder to reconnect.
Everything has cycles. The decay and death cycle is not a favorite one. But that is what is happening on this plane now. And suffering appears to be everywhere.
How to deal with this? It is where one puts one’s focus that makes the difference. Is one putting one’s focus on the suffering or is one putting one’s focus on an opportunity to heal, to connect?
Ask — “My suffering means there is something out of balance in me. What is the suffering meant to convey? How might I work with it?”
Suffering is simply a feeling of discord. So, one looks for what the discord might be and how to heal it. Sometimes learning is needed. Sometimes the bubble of suffering only needs to surface and release. Sometimes one needs to recalibrate in some way, softly, with awareness. The possibilities are many. As is the potential.
On the macro side, there is sharp discord or dissonance between Source energy and the current energy of this plane. So, we must say that some of this upset is inevitable. As one lives within the old power paradigm, it is going to be a little chaotic.
And it is going to be presented by those in control as a power struggle and it is not. It is the possible re-emergence of the Source in all humans. A re-birthing process.
It is how one handles the discord/dissonance that turns it into suffering or not. Not getting enmeshed in what seems apparent is important. Reach a few levels below the surface and get to where change can happen.
It is not about ignoring it. It is not by stepping outside of it. It is not about being in one’s little bubble and saying — ‘this does not concern me.’ It is not about saying — ‘Oh my god I am going to be sucked into it and swallowed alive.’
That is not claiming your own power. And this power is your key. It is standing in your own connection to Source. It is living from that space. It is knowing your limits, for martyrdom is another version of suffering and serves no one.
Know all is of service. If you stand, resonating with Source. That is powerful all on its own.
The work that is being done on the energetic planes by many will percolate new ideas that can take hold, go viral if you will. this is how change will happen. And suffering will have run its course.
