How Do I Contact Medium Support?

It can be confusing for a new writer

I’ve been a writer here at Medium for a few years, and I’m an editor for several different publications as well. I‘m often asked questions about Medium and social media in general.

I know it’s possible to find answers if you search Medium, but I remember what it was like when I first arrived. I was so new, everything was tricky and I was grateful for any tips.

Well, here’s me, paying it forward.

Here’s a recent question from a new writer:

“I apologize for asking a question I have asked before, but there’s so much stuff to wade through on Medium that I keep losing what I find. What is the customer service email for Medium? I have received no notification this month about them sending my earnings to my bank account. I always get a notice by the first few days of the month. Ironic that this month will be the one in which I have earned the most money.”

Here’s my answer:

It’s not exactly a customer service email. They want you to contact them through their support desk or help desk. Here’s the link where you can find the information you need for submitting a ticket.
