How Can You Measure Stress and What to do When it is Too High?

We live in extremely difficult times where stress, whether we consider it or not, has become a global problem. Starting from work where activities are more and more demanding and ending up on TV where negative things are partly shown, we are becoming more and more stressed.

But when does stress become a problem and what can you do about it?

According to psychologists a person whose stress level is high for more than 3 days for some people and up to 2 weeks for others will suffer from depression.

However, it is quite difficult to understand when the stress level is high because we are used to it, but for this problem, intelligent bracelets have been created that besides pulse, step count and blood pressure can also measure the stress level.

It has 4 levels of stress:

Between 0–29 the body is relaxed Between 30–59 Normal Stress Between 60–79 Medium Stress Between 79–99 High Stress

Well the bracelet can monitor stress levels throughout the day. When I notice during the day that my stress level has reached the normal threshold, I realise it is time to take a break. This helps me not to overload my body and to give it a break when it needs it.

One of the best decisions I made to reduce my stress level was to go to the gym every day after work and spend an average of 45 minutes there. After the gym in general my mood is much better and the stress drops to normal or even on some evenings reaches the relaxed level.

Also if during the week the stress level was high at the weekend avoid alcohol, sleep early and take long walks in nature.
