How can investors EARN MORE MONEY by using 3D visualizations?

Recently, I had a conversation with an investor who belongs to an older generation and who cannot comprehend why today's youth,' as he put it, would want to see everything in 3D when they have blueprints.
It was inconceivable to him that someone couldn't envision the future appearance of a property from both the exterior and interior.
He explained to me how, in the past, when investors were constructing something, they didn't use 3D visualizations to show potential buyers what the building they were creating would look like.
Buyers could only see blueprints and decide whether that was what they wanted to purchase or not based on them.
However, he admitted that now everyone is requesting 3D visualizations and contemplating whether he should also have 3D representations of his properties.
With today's article, I will answer his question and explain how investors can attract customers through 3D visualizations.
But first, let me ask you something. Do you know what aphasia is?
Until recently, I was unaware that it existed or what it meant.
However, I stumbled upon this term accidentally while researching something else. Aphantasia represents the inability to visualize objects not present in someone's vicinity.
So, if you cannot see and imagine a particular concept, for example, a car, but only have an abstract idea in your mind, there is a possibility that you have aphantasia (although it does not necessarily mean it is true).
It is estimated that 2–3% of people worldwide have aphantasia. However, the number is likely higher because people may not be aware that it exists, and their way of visualization may differ.
Have you ever discussed or thought about the way you feel with someone? Probably not, as I haven't either.
Clients often tell me they cannot imagine how their space will look without seeing it in 3D.
I cannot say whether the reason is aphantasia or something else, but I know that clients are happy when they finally see their home in 3D.
If you are an investor, your property is undoubtedly under construction for a year, two, or even longer, and what you can initially offer to potential buyers are only blueprints.
Given the ongoing crisis, people have less money and are more careful in choosing their future homes, cottages, etc.
They hesitate more and find it challenging to decide on any purchases.
It's no longer indifferent to them whether they might need an additional room for a child in a few years or some extra space because they fear the state of the real estate market in the future.
When they are already taking out loans, using their savings, and so on, they want to invest them once and in the right way without regretting it later.
That's why buyers are currently seeking 3D visualizations.
With them, they can see how spaces look from the outside and inside, the layout of rooms, and get an idea of how they can arrange them.
That future property, with blueprints alone, suddenly comes to life with 3D visualizations.
Buyers can envision themselves in that space, enjoying a cup of coffee, relaxing with a glass of wine and a movie, or perhaps barbecuing and spending time with family.
When you provide them with such an experience, will they be more inclined to choose the purchase of your property over one that only offers blueprints?
Imagine you are a buyer visiting an investor who only provides blueprints. You see some dimensions, walls, doors, and facades, but you don't see any colors besides black and white. You don't see furniture, you don't see nature.

Now, imagine again that you are a buyer and you have come to another investor who, in addition to blueprints, offers you 3D visualizations from the inside and outside.

Can you imagine bathing in that pool or sunbathing while the sun's rays warm you?
Or perhaps you see yourself in the kitchen preparing a delicious lunch for your loved ones? Now that you've envisioned yourself there, did you at least, for a moment, wish you were there?
Now, imagine offering the same experience to your potential buyers.
You can imagine the smiles on their faces as they picture themselves on that property.
Now, also envision yourself counting money because you have successfully sold your property—a very satisfying feeling.
To ensure all this doesn't remain just in the realm of imagination and deflate like a soap bubble, allow your customers to see their future real estate before the foundations are laid.
