American influencer Adam Perkins has died at age 24. Five hours ago, his twin brother, Patrick, and his ex-boyfriend, Kelton Elliot, broke the sad news.

Patrick wrote without revealing the cause of death: “My brother, Adam Perkins, died last Sunday, April 11.”

Meanwhile, Adam’s ex-boyfriend Kelton Elliot paid tribute to him on Instagram with a photo of the two hugging: “My best friend and ex-boyfriend has died, and I am destroyed,” Elliot wrote.

Following the sad news of Adam’s death, fans and friends alike resorted to social media to offer condolences. Google trends registered more than 200 thousand searches in the U.S. regarding his passing.
