How a Numerology App Helps My Self-Development

And how its messages make me stay focused on what really matters every day

Ever been exhaustedly circling an existential question, trying to find answers, when suddenly, out of nowhere, comes that message you needed?

The one that fits you like a glove and makes you look at things from a different perspective?

I feel like someone is really watching the details of what happens in my life through a camera.

How I feel and what thoughts are crossing my mind.

It’s not science.

It’s not astrology.

It’s not psychology.

It’s not self-help.

But it could be a mix of all of the above.

The notifications that arrive every week via this app are impressively accurate. Sometimes on sporadic days too, or what they call ‘key dates’.

Before I tell you what this magical (and free) app is, let’s quickly go through the basics.

What is numerology?

I like the words that the webpage mindbodygreen.com uses to define it.

“Numerology is essentially the study of numbers and their frequencies as they relate to our own lives, purposes, and paths”.

But Oxford Languages defines it in a simple way too:

“The branch of knowledge that deals with the occult significance of numbers”.

Even if you don’t believe in the occult, coincidences, or synchronicity, the accuracy of the messages shocks you.

And inspires.

Motivates.

Calms down.

Opens the eyes.

That’s why I’m sharing it with you.

Reflection inducer

It’s called Teledipity.

Actually, you can access it from both PC and mobile, but I only use the Android version.

It’s a tool that helps me to manage expectations, reduce self-criticism, increase confidence, and put me into action.

Let’s say I’m overthinking something.

There comes a message saying that this week the mental turmoil will end.

And, indeed, it does.

Or that I’m frustrated by a week of low performance and a lack of enthusiasm in my projects.

Then the message tells me not to worry.

I just have to keep doing my part, keep producing, and keep trusting that the results will come.

So I breathe a sigh of relief and feel motivated again.

And so on. Every week. Every ‘key date’.

How’s that?

If you ask me how the messages can be so accurate, I’ll tell you: I have no idea!

I do know that this tool has made difficult moments easier.

It has answered questions that were bubbling away in my mind.

Now I know, for example, that I’m ending my year number 5 according to numerology.

And that this is the year of great instability and of building the foundations for a deep transformation in life.

And guess what happened?

I sailed through rough waters and passed through storms, always remembering the message I read back on January 1, 2023.

So, the path became easier.

It’s not a quick-fix solution for “success” and “abundance”. It’s simply the starting point to a journey you will be driving and settling for yourself. (Teledipity webpage)

Simply knowing the energy that would vibrate during the year ahead prepared me for one of the most complex periods of my life.

And I’m not talking about mundane things.

I accepted the message the Universe sent me and found meaning in the challenges along the way.

They define themselves as “a reflection inducer”.

I would call it a mindset shift tool.

That’s how numerology has become another tool that helps me on my way to self-development.
