Hospital Mazes
A Poem
it’s cyclical, when we get lost ambulant and hysterical sisters try to shield their eyes immune to pay life’s cost
it’s seasonal, when we fear what flood will take us first arriving at this corridor just older by a year
it’s orbital, when we arrive magnetic, though we try release from this cold labyrinth danger from a swatted hive
