Hoping for $1,000 Medium☘️this month…

This is a 30-day test, — Just giving you a heads up!

I am 7 days into this hopefully, $1,000 experiment.

So I am publishing every day in May. Thank my friends, readers, and subscribers for supporting me by reading! — I hope you all hang in there with me!

So what is the point of this test?

• To see if it can be done intentionally. In other words, can we replicate it? We will find out if I make it to the goal!
• I have previously written stories every other day, approximately. Does publishing daily make a difference?

Many people do publish daily and don’t make a grand in a month.

There are so many other factors involved. I am trying to find the key if there is one.

👨🏻‍💻 Google says… The very top writers, less than 1% of Medium writers, make $5,000 to $30,000 a month. It took most of the top writers 1 to 2 years of writing for Medium before they were making that much. Around 94% of writers earn under $100/month. Around 6% of writers made some money — that only means more than $0.

Then I Google 💻🖱️How to make $500 a month on Medium?

👨🏻‍💻 Google says… To earn $500 per month on Medium, you need to earn about $16 a day. If you publish daily, this means each story much earn you $16 over the course of the entire month. This isn’t that hard to do. That’s like 56 cents a day per story.

👨🏻‍💻 Google says… Write New Content Every Day — Most Medium writers make the majority of their earnings from their content backlogs. Some Medium writers could take a 1-month hiatus and still make $1,000 because they have that much content in their backlog. Most of your articles won’t be big hits.

Okay, that makes sense, because my old stories are still getting read.

This is a key thing I think — Most Medium writers make the majority of their earnings from their content backlogs.
