“Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear. If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today.”

– Thich Nhat Hanh

Everyone has had their share of hurts or tragedies. When it rains, it pours! Why does this happen?

I was diagnosed in August of 2019 with breast cancer. My husband lost his job the following October. He was then diagnosed with Lymphoma a month later. Talk about a shock! We are now cancer-free and remain hopeful.

They say that tragedies happen in threes. I’m not sure about that, but for us, it sure did! Yet, we hung onto hope tightly.

We must stop letting our hurts drive us as hope can be a driving source.

How can you reignite your hope?
