Hope After Losing Oneself

Have faith in GOD everything will be ok

In the dark where shadows roam I lost myself far from home. A journey deep a path unclear Hope seemed distant I held fear.

But in the silence a whisper found A gentle melody a comforting sound. A flicker within a tiny spark Illuminating the way through the dark.

Through the wreckage of a broken soul Hope emerged making me whole. In the ruins a strength untold A rising sun in a night so cold.

Lost but not forever gone A new chapter a hopeful dawn. Piece by piece I found my way In the echoes of a brighter day.

For even in the depths of despair Hope is resilient it’s always there. A guiding star a steadfast friend Leading me back around the bend.

So if you find yourself astray Lost in shadows in disarray Remember in the darkest hour Hope has the strength to empower.
