Home Gym vs Traditional Gym: Part 2

I did a podcast where I outlined three advantages and disadvantages of both working out in a Home Gym and a Traditional Gym.

In my opinion, the most obvious difference between a home gym and a traditional gym is equipment. Your home is designed to be your HOME, while a gym is designed to be a GYM!

Of course, the gym has a LOT more equipment than your home gym. Some gyms have so much equipment, it’s intimidating to folks, or confusing because they may not know what to do. That’s a reason a lot of gyms have personal trainers walking around.

At home, if you know what to do and how to do it, you can do just about any kind of exercise you can do at a gym. But, that’s a whole other future podcast.

For now, the equipment advantage has to lean in favor of a traditional gym, right?

I get more in depth during the podcast, which you can listen to below.

During the podcast, I talk about a Three Week At Home Workout Program, you can get more information at www.TopFitnessStrategies.com/book
